Putting things into perspective for the pinkhats: though this was a crushing end to the Bruins season, it’s kind of Bruins fans have come to expect, but this is really only the third most disappointing end to season in the last five years:
1. 2010 vs Philadelphia. The collapse.
2. 2009 vs Carolina. Scott Walker.
3. 2012 vs Washington.
4. 2008 vs Montreal. Not too disappointing considering the B’s were the 8 seed.
TREOS COMES CLEAN:
In light of the recent GSA scandal, rumors of Matt Lauer procreating an illegitimate child out of wedlock (Terminator-style), and the infamous Tiger Wood’s fiasco, we at TREOS Corp. have decided to come clean.
It was nearly two years ago, that in jest we designed a T-shirt (albeit in Microsoft Word) that promised free admittance to the next TREOS reunion show in 2012. As many of you now know, that time is upon us.
While Roger Clemens will claim he never did “the juice”, and Clinton still won’t admit he gave Lewinski the presidential treatment, the members of The Receiving End of Sirens would like to publicly own up to our actions and do what is right.
Here’s the deal…
• On May 15th TREOS will be playing an intimate set at the Met Café in Pawtucket, RI (sans lingerie)
• The first 100 people to post a picture wearing their “Ticket T-Shirt” to our Facebook Wall will get FREE ENTRY INTO THE SHOW (please include your name as it appears on your ID in your post)
• The last day to enter your picture is May 10th!
• To claim your ticket, you must come to the show before 8pm, and be sure to have your shirt and ID handy!
